How to Contact us: To inquire about an existing order, please e-mail us at info@tresstina.com Please include your order number in your email so we can respond as quickly as possible. We accept payments through PayPal and Google Checkout. Credit Card payments can be made through either Paypal or Google Checkout. Customer privacy and security is important to us, please be assured that all payments made through our site are 100% secure, and at no time will your personal information be shared with anyone. Shipping We currently only ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery
Delivery times may vary. Most of our items will ship directly from the manufacturer within 3 - 5 business days, however some products are made to order when your order is placed and will require additional time. Made to order items can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to ship. Please see each product’s detail description for more information. There are times that your order may contain items that will be shipped separately, you will not incur any additional costs for this. You will be notified promptly by email if there are any delays with your order. We use several shipping carriers and reserve the right to choose the best one suited to your order so that you may receive your items as quickly as possible. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all related packaging and contact us within 10 days to arrange for a replacement. Sales Tax Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a New York address. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of New York. Returns and Exchanges Custom Orders: All personalized and custom made orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless there is a manufacturer defect with the product or the personalization. It will be noted within the item description if item is custom made or personalized. Orders for custom or personalized items can not be canceled once the order is placed, so please make your selections carefully.
Non-Custom Orders: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you need to return your item you must contact us via email at info@tresstina.com within 10 business days of receipt of your order. We will give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without a RAN. Items must be received in NEW condition, with all tags/packaging attached. We must receive the items within 10 business days from issuing you the RAN, upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect it and issue you a refund or an exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Items shipped with FREE shipping will have applicable shipping charges deducted from the refund or exchange.
