Made with a soft blue knit bodice and sleeves with a cotton decoration in the front framed with lace and trimmed in Blue rick-rack. Blue Chiffon fills the skirt with white ruffles. Top it off with a separate cotton apron trimmed with lace ruffles and blue rick-rack.
